NamePros forums access problems ?

Hello.
Is it just me, or there are frequent access problems for namepros forums after upgrades?
Several times lately i can't access forums for few hours (in worst case), even when i have ping and traceroute to servers.Just can't reach webserver on port 80.

We are just coming off of a couple hours of downtime. It's not upgrade related. There was a block of Europe assigned IP addresses overloading our web server. Admins are investigating.

P.S.
I had same problem several times before, even if i tried to load NP via working at the time web proxy with US IP. (e.g. unblocked.org, ARIN says it is in Chicago.)
