How is this domain not violating tm law? Does NP not have a tm, or just don't care because its a .biz? Just wondering.

No, it's not DP. Whois it and you'll find out. Unfortunately, there's no easy way to check if the registrant listed actually registered the domain or if someone is playing a joke.

And namepros.de is on sale on Sedo for 10.000 euros.

Even there would be a TM, who else then RJ would have the rights to the name "namepros", he is conducting business since quite a time.....

I checked TESS and it showed a TM for "namepro"---"computer software used to develop names for products and services. "

As long RJ won't sell software he should be in the clear, lol...just my POV

Hey ck....no worries about beeing you a "dic*" , you are not....

It is just a wide field when it comes to TM....

But it is scary wrong when people try to make a buck with a well established name(TM or not)
