Namepal Expired Auction Starting Increased to $120

Has anybody else noticed that the namepal expired auction starting bids have jumped up from the usual $5/$10 all the way upto $120?

Namepal was insane even before that. Losts of customers complain about their WHOIS ransom scheme. One of my domains is also in their control even after 3 months of registration, they ask for 1 renewal before I can take control of my own WHOIS.
One other domain of mine shows no whois. which means though I see the domain in my dashboard, it is probably not mine even though I have registered it lawfully.
