Hello, so I created account and sent ID for full verified bidder status. I submitted my government ID card but they want passport or driving license BUT not everyone has passport or driving license. I don't drive and did not go out of country till yet so did not make passport. I gave my national government ID card but they say passport or driver license.
Anyone know any direct contact who can take a look on this. There generic customer support is a bit robotic.
