NameJet - Can somebody tell me what happened?

Ok....I backordered two pre-release names and at the end i was actually the highest bidder for both of them.Now...In my account,under "my backorders",if i click on each domain name,it is in a "wish list" state...Can somebody tell me what's going on? :td:

usually it happens when namejet couldn't acquired the names.
Maybe the domains went to pool or snaps

i see...but i thought that namejet stated that pre-release names are exclusive...

They are, but the original owners are still within their rights to renew. Did the domain name go to auction? There is a backorder by date, the auction will start the following day and lasts for 3 days. If this occured - you should have won the domains.

Also, check in your report section, It will tell you what names you've won, if any.

hi.till a few hours ago,the status had changed to "pending auction".
Now,it changed again to "wish list"....

That does happen. It sounds like it has been renewed. I had the same issue with a few domains myself..... quite frustrating.

If the backorder date was yesterday and you were the only backorder bidder. It can be likely that you won and it just takes until the Day After the backorder by date for the system to notice you were the only bidder. If this is the case, you will be notified today that you won etc.

It just takes a little getting use to...

Domains that need to be back ordered By Today, auctions start the following day etc. Same thing happens if you were the only one to backorder a domain yesterday, you wouldn't win the domain until the following day. It's all a numbers game.
