The site is totally new so no traffic as of yet. I think I could easily get some traffic in though. Do you have an appraisal for the name and the site combined?

You do have a site there, but I dont think it has added any great value to the name yet, the site is very generic. You need to develope it more, but you are on the right track.
Check back again and repost when it has been online for another 4-6 months.

the site is not a template. it's built from scratch and all the information was written by myself. it's all original

I am just giving you my opinion, If for any reason this name + website came into my possession the first thing I would do is develop a new website.

I can tell all the content etc is unique but this still doesn’t add any value IMO. Still no traffic, still no revenue, Still no value.
