registrars Namecheap creates a monetized parking page

I found that namecheap.com registrar creates a default monetized parking page, that's revenues is not shared with the domain owner.
Is this common with other registrars? Or is it namecheap only?
I don't like it.

Nowadays they don't accept all users, only selectively...
