Namecheap coupon for renewal?

Namecheap's coupon (bestvalue) code only works on buying new domains.
It does NOT work on renewing domains.
Can anyone help? Thank you

As far as I know, there isn't one for renewals.

After all, the point of offering a discount in the first place is to secure the contract and make money on future activity.

The coupon is only for new registrations and transfer at this time. It
does not apply to renewals. At this time we do not have a coupon available
for renewals but should have one out shortly.

For Namecheap? No. Namecheap's lowest is $7.99.

If you want cheaper look around here for a GoDaddy coupon. Bear in mind though as you go cheaper, the customer service and registrar interface get progressively worse.
