hey.. im having a problem on namecheap.com. I recently bought the domain mslive.us, and i got a failure on the payment page. When i went to register it it said it was taken. I looked in the whois and my info is there.. What should id do?

I would phone them :talk: and get them to process the payment again for you.

What was your method of payment? Maybe you could check if the amount was charged on your account, since it's possible that the process went through, seeing as it was registered in your name.

i payed via paypal... i added funds and used them, the funds are still in my account

i checked my history and it says...
