Can anyone recomend a good registrar that also offers nameserver registrations?!

Any decent registrar will allow you to register nameservers based on the parent
domain name.

Most of the registrars offer name server registration
I don't really recommend it but the last one i used for one of my customers was dotregistrar's service

If i recall right the control panel i think namecheap does it

Not sure if NamePros registration offers it, but if you join the DNOA (It's $7/year I believe) you get an address to use for ALL of your names!

Moniker.
I use them for domains that needs name server registered and my DNS hosted.
They are very good at it. I had a few NS registered under 15 minutes that went live.

yes its the dnoa.org seal at my footer, but it's separate yearly fee.

I recommend using enom, they are very quick when it comes to nameserver registration.
