Name Drops puzzling...

Anything change to name drops recently in the last week or so...

I used to be able to find names that drop daily and usually if they are not pre-registered, would be available by the end of the day for registration.

Has something changed...all the names that I am interested in are either taken or does not show as being available...which is kind off odd..

Are people really registering all these dropped names or are the registrars holding on to them longer.....

Anybody else notice this...

But I'd also be interested in the observation of others that I have not spoken with already... Have you noticed that great swaths of names don't become available for registration until some amount of time after they were supposed to be.............

Does this look like Verisign's doing or does it extend beyond .com and .net?
