Anyone familar with Name.com register name servers ?

I parked a domain last week and sometimes it goes to sedo and sometimes it goes to Name.coms park page.

I think it is because it shows 2 sets of name servers (below) but I can't figure out how to get rid of theirs :-/ any ideas ?

Thanks :tu:

off whois record

Name Server: NS1.SEDOPARKING.COM
Name Server: NS2.NAME.COM
Name Server: NS2.SEDOPARKING.COM
Name Server: NS3.NAME.COM
Name Server: NS4.NAME.COM

Simple. You need to delete the Name.com servers.

Yeah stub but I can't see anywhere I can do that, I have one other name in that account and have compared the settings in my control panel but they look the same. :|

Unlock your domain, then go to "Edit Name Servers", click "remove" to remove those name.com name servers.

There are 2 ways to do this...

1) The easy, unintuitive way
2) The hard, unintuitive way.

1) Click on the tick box next to the name, click on Bulk Management, click on Edit Name Servers, input ns1.parked.com and ns2.parked.com and accept. This will replace your existing nameservers with the new ones.

2) Click on the name, unlock the domain, click on Edit Name Servers, click on remove for the name.com servers, relock the domain.

Yeah, I used to have the same problem with changing the servers. Like everyone already has said here, you gonna have to unlock the the domain and then delete all the name.com servers and then add your own.

Well are the nameservers now correct in the WHOIS record?
The wait is for the Internet at large to acknowledge the changes, the WHOIS update should be almost instant.
