Facts are:Many search results doesn´t automatically mean its a great name.
What do you think about a name for example"nachAmerika.de" ?
I think this could be the title of a book but within as domainname awful.
I´m not a fan of such combinations of German words with the .com
There are of course exceptions several known international words work well with com, de and other tlds too.
