N97: Trademarked or not?

Is "N97" (Nokia phone) trademarked? I would be sure it is, but I searched for N97 at

Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS)

and there were no results.

What am I doing wrong?

This is definitely a trademark issue. I just Googled the term "N97", without parenthesis and received over 23 million search results, all of which are associated with the Nokia N97 Mobile Phones.

Better try canceling this name or unpark and develop this name under a totally different market. By developing this way, the company will more likely to approach you to purchase the domain as opposed to suing you for Cybersquatting.
