it's good design but:
1- u r putting google Ad @ some very great spots in ur page
2- the logo is tooo light 4 the bg
3- u need 2 border ur page sections meaning: i need 2 c a difference between the sections

i think it looks good but i think you should think about the plaing of the google ads more as i dont like where they are at the minute

made few changes to the index page take a look also added a full site Google banner at the bottom of index

Yep many people said its not a good logo but the best one i came up with..

Also about the ads I added partner links and google I don't see how can I do better with that.

Thanks for comment everyone I am removing the top 2 ads... Yahoo and my big banner also I will ad more content at the bottom of index page.. Top researched terms and few other things however that update wont be live for few days untill I complete some additional pages

first of all nice domain name

secondly the site is noot usfull much as from the first look cuz a first time visitor will judj the site from the main page
try removeing some ads
u r getting profit from the site
remove the google ads cuz they r realy not in proper place if u want to keep them use a small ad box

other than that i cant find anything bad

ok new update to the site.. I removed the middle google ad with links and I added a new section at the bottom of the index page..
