.US domains.US domains
I posted this a while ago but never received any response. I think this domain is perfect for dot mobi.

Any value?

I see only 4 .mobi sales on Namebio this year, and even those are questionable (BigA**Booty.mobi for $905...really?!?)

.mobi market's pretty dull right now. Why do you think the "domain is perfect for dot mobi?"

MyTones hence "my ringtones" Ringtones go well with .mobi, at least you would think.

I know .mobi sales are down but I think if .mobi doesn't die all together, then myTones should be good.

Right now I have it registered for the next few years. But if the right offer comes in, min $xxxx, I might sell.

regfee and the "my" makes it not generic.

Tell that to the people who sold mymobile, mycellphone, mysportsbooks and mymobilephone that their names are regfee because the "my" makes them not generic. I am not saying it is worth 15,000 or anything close, but is is worth more than regfee.

Thank You, Rep'd for your opinions!

^ Try to sell it to the (End user) folks above ... be sure to explain all of the unique features and benefits of your ".MOBI" domain name to them for their site/service - Reg. fee+ - Reg. fee+/+, IMHO.

All the best!

Thanks everyone! Rep's handed out.

Jeff, thank you very much for the advise on mytones.nl owners. I will contact them. Do you have any sample end user letter formats that you may have had success with?

www.mobishowcase.com - huge list of premium .mobi names including lots of my*.mobi. I have contacted him. No response yet.

What Jeff neglected to mention is that it is possible that these people have a trademark and when you contact them your attempt to sell them the name of their own trademark can be viewed as an act of bad faith. Do your homework before trying to contact them, I'm surprised Jeff with all his experience would not provide you this precaution along with his advice.

I will check on that, thank you. Rep'd

My appraisal here remains Reg. fee+/+ in an End user "Quick Sale", as well! :talk: :imho:

Next time I suggest you provide readers FULL information BEFORE you recommend they contact an end user. I must have missed the memo but as far as I know these important considerations do not go without saying.
