MySQL/Database Scripts or App Advice

Anyone have any good scripts or apps that would allow me to easily upload data into a MySQL database to then have that data displayed on the web?

Maybe you can build me something? Post if you know some public ones that I can download free or purchase. If you are a database guru yourself please PM me.
