MySQL Database/PHP Programmer Needed

The requirements for the project are as follows:

I have a website that is currently static HTML. I need someone with MySQL/PHP experience to take this static site and turn it into a dynamic database-driven site.

The site will need to interface to a database (or maybe some type of RSS feed) that gets continually updated and displays concert dates/announcements for all bands across the U.S. Each item in the database should be such that it generates a new page, like there will be artists in the database, with one artist per page and then on the page for THAT specific artist, that artists current concert information is pulled from somewhere like Ticketmaster.com or LiveDaily.com

Sorry about the brevity of my post.

Payment can come in several forms--quote me an hourly rate and approximate number of hours.

I have almost a 100K budget to promote such a site but will not do so until it is complete and bug free - and awesome . Developer can own 50% of the site and become partners with me for all future earnings - his investment will be the developmet/my investment will be the advertising and my connections. There are several reasons I will NOT use this money to fund development (such as, I need the 100K to promote the site through the channels that I have estabished, also, I do have the technical skills and would PREFER a permanent partner as opposed to a 1-time programmer..there are more)

Suggest another option..

Also, I have more details/specs for how I think the site should be designed and operate but was waiting for a few responses to judge the quality and capability of the respondents.
