I hand registered this domain a while back and was curious to know whether it would be deemed as TM issue.

The .net and .org have also been registered by others and I do like this name as either a potential blog site, or even a real estate portal.

Additionally, as space travel becomes more of a reality there also lies some potential.

IMHO, only if you use it similarly to MySpace...

For the uses you described, just make sure to check www.uspto.gov to see if there are any TM's on it or similar terms for what you intend to use it for.

I finally got some feedback.

I also thought along similar lines and definately had no plans to develope along the same lines as Myspace.

The only concern I did have is the fact that it had myspace included.

You are definitely taking a risk with that name regardless...just gotta weigh the value compared to risk...
