When I talked to him on AIM I got the feeling he was a scammer. I didn't end up purchasing the site because he couldn't come up with a reasonable answer of why he's selling. If I remember correctly he was looking for 1 month's profit. I asked him if he would sign a contract and he confirmed that he would. I still did not end up buying the site becuase I had a bad feeling about this. After reading the posts on other sites I'm glad I did not end up buying the site.

-RJ-, or any mods, we should probably keep an eye on him.

I'm curious who purchased the site to see if everything he told you was correct?

well i bought the package he offerred ! actually for the hosting rather than the name.he pushed the name but kept delaying on the hosting.
kept giving lame excuses about the server down, adding new servers, etc
wasted a lot of time from 11th November until dec 4th on the msn
then the sites went offline on dec 5th and AS-hosting says he has no account with them any more
