Well I guess that technically counts as an appraisal lol. I wouldn't sell it for less than $9k. It could make a nice site like my space but for artist's portfolios etc...

The domain is "approximately" 5 years old? It was registered in 1998 so that makes it 9 years old. However, there is an *almost* registered mark at the USPTO for "myfolio":
