I have owned this domain for approx 8 yrs and receive (on average) one unsolicitated offer to purchase ever one to two months. I have never listed this domain for sale.

When I think about oportunities it's great domain if I were u I would develop it.. Just make simple website something like simple recipes for men and with some traffic I think u can get more than that..^^

so much more than a cook book to this, the word "dude" isnt going away anytime soon.

Agree, dudes will always be around and food will always be needed! I think it's a great domain name. I'd say come up with a neat graphic dude that could be doing all sorts of cooking stuff (and making a mess of it), stareing into a cookbook with a really messy kitchen around him, that sort of thing. Then fill the site with easy, hard to mess up, good tasting recipes and links to other good sites for dudes to find good cooking stuff.

I'm seeing this as a site for single men (and married men who might like to surprise their wives once in awhile). Not there there aren't men out there who can cook, but the numbers are overwelmingly in the court of those who can not. What a great site for the wife to refer their husbands to if they happen to have to go out of town for a few days.

And where do you get the recipes? Did you know that recipes (the ingredients) can not be copyrighted? Only the way they are written up can be copyrighted. So just change the wording, list ingredients differently, add a few more minutes to the cooking time, give it another name, add a pinch of salt, and you've got a web ready recipe!

Try the recipes out for yourself, and take pictures of the finished product!

Finish up with putting Google advertising on all your pages and do some stratigic marketing and advertising and you've got a recipe for a great site (adding value to the name if you do decide you want to sell it).
