Please, who is familiar with this registrar that is still stuck in the 90s? I backordered a domain name via snapnames and snapnames assigned MyDomain.com as my registrar--you know how they do.

I was able to sell the domain name, buyer has agreed to pay and now it is time to transfer BUT there is no provision for a sign up where a new user can sign up to own an account there. When you click on "Sign Up" at the top right corner, you are taken to a page to sell hosting AND there is no form to simply use to own a free account.

Please does anyone here know how to get this done? The customer rep there are like robots who just copy and paste link referrals that does not help solve the problem.

As simple as my explanation is, even sending screenshot to show them what I expect like is obtainable at Godaddy or Gmail when you hit sign up button, no one has been able to help me in last 24 hours and it is very frustrating.

You and I know that when you hit sign up button at any website in this current page, the next page that should grace your screen is a form where you put your name, email, address etc. but this is not the case with MYDomain.com You can check them out to see what I am talking about or may be I am missing something.

Someone should please help me here.

Thanks.
