Any thoughts and appraisals are appreciated. Site generates about $125.00 monthly of advertising and has well over 200+ gaming company contacts and exec contacts. Site generates about 200k pageviews monthly out of which 94k are uniques.

Nice stats there. Based on the revenue alone, I would appraise it at close to $3000. But the traffic stats are impressive and that would add another $2000 to the value, provided the buyer has a way of monetizing it better.
I'm not quite sure how much value to put on the content since I've never bought or sold any. The name itself is worth reg fee at best.
