Not interested in selling this developed domain, but just curious.

I already know your going to say it wouldn't be worth selling which I agree, but this is just hypothetically saying if I were to sell the site due to lack of time to upkeep it.

Has about 900 members
Has extensive forum communtiy; members post proxy lists daily
Generates about 500 - 700 unique visitors a day
Makes close to $200 a month with google adsense
Never has any downtime
Ranked 580,000 on alexa and listed on all major search engines
Exchanged links with many popular free proxy server sites ex. (stayinvisible.com)

An ok price (IMO) for a developed site is at least 6 times it's average monthly income.
So I would say that around $1500 is ok for this one right now.
More members and development, and you can get a lot more than that for it...
