Could be a tough sale ~$25. Try approaching the .net and .org owners, and also check with the owners of the dashed variation "the-satan.com/.net/.org"

Yup, definitely approach the .COM, and .NET owner, but do not scare them away with a high price tag due to the limited potential of this specific market. Good luck!
