The only problem of course is the ext (but it isnt too bad!)

Thanks for your appraisal. I think the term is English orientated rather than American but I think you are correct in that it is a pure keyword term in its field. Give the recession a bit more time to bite and then start to recover, and I think a lot of people will be looking to remortgage with a fixed rate, once the interest rates start climbing again.

Remortgage isn't a term used in the US. Here it is refinance.
