My tap idea!

Hey guys,

I have the domain PublicWater ca and i want to make a cool interactive tap, inspired when i saw some of rafael rozendaal's work a few months back.

All i want is a tap that is running water and when a visitor to the site scrolls over the tap knob it turns off but will always drip.

Just a statement site to make people think about water use.

any ideas on how to make this? in chat, flash, java were mentioned.

any input would be great let me know what you can do, or if this is something i can do?
