My site now #1 for these 2 keywords... woohoo!

Hey all,

This is the first time for me a site of mine is the #1 result for (a) generic keyword(s): automated appraisals

I'm pretty psyched since I didn't do any sort of SEO on it really, I guess some PR sites just linked to it. What's cool is that it beat over 37,000 other sites and even real estate ones!
