My Script has stolen

Hello All Namepros!

I was offered my script 3weeks ago and also offered free use at

I shocked when i see that ny Script has stolen and selling $29.95 without my permission at:

How i can take action against this person because i sent email to this guy 2time but no response.

i also sent email to google checkout and paypal, googlecheckout said we are investigating and paypal said fill paypal termination form and fax us.

please suggest me further action against him, i will also complain to ebay against this guy.

Complain to ebay - they will remove the item and take action against the seller.

I'm quite sure hotscripts won't be too pleased either. Though they're a little slow.

Google checkout and paypal your fax should work.

ypninc - never heard of, but i'm sure everyone will be against stolen software.

Although I do not assume this is here the case, such a thing does not need to be necessarily illegal. It primarily depends on your license. One could always charge for installation/setup/configuration .....

I think so too, but nonetheless I doesnt have to be necessarily illegal. It comes down to the license.

In regards to NP - report the post and deliver proof to the NP staff that the script is indeed yours, maybe there's a way to at least stop the guy from distributing the script through here.

Its always wise to invest in a script encoder before selling, as otherwise there is nothing really stopping people from selling it on to others.
