Let me know what you think of my Personal Home Page. I don't want "too flashy", but I don't want too boring... then again, how "exciting" is MY home page

Really though, should I use more colors, less colors, different colors?

If it looks like @$$, please tell me. I would prefer not to send people to a site that looks like @$$ :D

Its a pretty simple site, with an interesting idea (whats wrong with your favourites folder though ). Functionalities are all there. My only suggestion would be to break down the white space a little. Apart from that its a nice site .

My favorites folder isn't on all computers (especially work), by the WWW (generally) is

Plus, it may allow for people who know me to know/find out what my interests are :D

What do you mean by "break down" the white space? Find more colors? Find more "filler stuff"?

Some grays... as in the box backgrounds, or replace the red/blue with grays?

the red and blue. with a lite and a darker gray i think....

To break down the white space i would try to bring your colour scheme into the main body of the page, rather then just the header and footer, maybe have a different BG color down the right and left columns and just leave the center BG white. If not that you could experiment with an offset white, just so its not as in your face. Newayz g'd luck with it .

OK, I broke it up a bit and added more colors, let me know how it is now :D

Very simple. Too plain. In this case - not good Add a header, and change these blue rectangles with bevel and emboss to something else Anything better than that.

The rest is great~!

BTW, if you haven't noticed, I'm not the worlds greatest graphical genius . :D

So the bevels are bad... I'll keep trying. Thanks again for the feedback. It's nice to have an honest community. I hate asking people who just say "it looks great" because they're skeered to hurt feelings... THAT'S WHY WE ASK. If no one tells us, we won't know.

Anyway, back to the drawing board.
