Graphic header needed for free

Hello

Is anyone willing to make me a graphic header for my website for free. It would be much appreciated. You could do it for your portfolio or sumtin...

It should be 630px wide or 760px and height between 100 to 150px.
It should include the text ,Ching.SimpleAnd.
It is a personal home page.
I prefer apple.com's colors but if u can't then dont bother.

actually you can make it bigger than 630
