I see alot of garbage posts by people with non-proven sales and fake ass methods, just constantly talking trash about new GTLDs. When I see "in king" I know its likely some failure in domaining compared to me.

I've been keeping a pretty modest portfolio of NGTLDs and CCTLDs which work and interpret more as an NGTLD would, with very few legacy TLDs in the mix. I've kept on average, probably a bit less than 1k domains in my portfolio over the last 3 years. Pretty small, really.

I'll post my sales via Sedo and Afternic here right now, this is most of my sales. I have made many more unincluded wholesale deals for multiple domain bundles, and also many unincluded wholesale deals for single domains over the last 3 years as well. I've also made other various xxx sales via other smaller (registrar) platforms which I don't have time to dig out. but I'd say I can easily add another $10k - $15k worth of sales to my total over the last 3 years from those types of sources. Obviously, I'm not the most successful domainer or even close to it. But I do have money from this, I have made an actual living, while my methods get nothing but dis-respect from mosly people who do not make a living from this.

These are via Sedo & Afternic and a few Escrow.com deals:
Total of over 100k in 3 years. If you haven't matched this with your precious Dawt Com portfolio, then by your own standards, you must really suck at domaining!!

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
My portfolio is mostly .coms and I am more successful than you, if you really want to know.

In any case, there isn’t just one path to domaining. Creating your own path is critical in domaining. It seems like you are very defensive about the names you have decided to invest in. I have no hate for alternative TLDs and if you are successful with them, then more power to you. Good job.
