its not on Sedo but parked at the register, Dynadot.

1. check name and unlock.
2. check name again and change DNS. You have many options.

Either message them to remove it, or add it to your account on SEDO.

Once ownership is verified they will correct it.

The domain being listed on SEDO has nothing to do with the name servers. It is clear that a previous owner listed the domain On SEDO

Either add it to your SEDO account, or message them to remove it from SEDO. Once ownership (through whois) is verified it will be fixed.

You're right. I wonder why they would use a template simliar to Dynadot's.

name.com adds parking automatically if you not set default nameservers ;)

This is pretty common actually. The previous owner probably had it listed on Sedo and forgot to remove the listing when he sold it to you.

ripley.

Definitely: I think it happened a few times to many of them already. I had one instance with Sedo before I even registered with them, and they were very helpful in removing the domain, although they wanted a proof of ownership, if I remember right, which is normal and a protection for all parties. It might take a few days, but it will be removed. Anyway, register with Sedo: even if you do not use them at this point, it can still be useful.
