1) Site is fully managed by me and no access to the site is permitted by the client, though there will be a contact form on the site where visitors of the site can contact you. I get a number of emails through this from people looking to buy a product relevant to the domain name (People email me asking for bed stairs all the time!).

2) Your ad code is placed on the site, so the revenue is yours. Your google analytics code can also be inserted into the site so that you can track your website properly.

3) The first year is $20 because the articles must be created for your site (4) and the yearly renewal is $5 which covers hosting for the domain for a year. The articles do not need to be updated (from my research) for your website to perform properly.

4) I do not offer a service where you can control the site after development. This is full management service of your site rather than a design service. If you are interested purely in content creation please click here.
