Its very simple, but looks nice if that is what you are going for. I would suggest trying to add some texture to some of it... just to give it something extra

It's nice, but what's the point of the nodrag/noselect? It's easily enough taken out, View -> Source -> Go down to body and take it out from there, also remove the no right clicking JS script from the <head> tag...

I guess it's just to make source stealer's take more time to borrow the source?

Try using a bigger font for the top navigation bar, and take out the "drop shadow" effect from it also (you're using it too much and that doesn't make the design look great). Add a new logo to the banner, make it colorful the current one just looks plain and boring with that smilie face on it. Also remember that you make it so that there are only about 5-10 news posts on the main page so that it doesn't take really long to load. For earning more revenue from Google Adsense, do not make the design of your Google Adsense similar to that of your website, you want your members to click it so use a brighter color and one that doesn't blend in with the background.
