My Goal for April

I've had a lot of trouble providing a category when adding a domain for sale at SEDO. I've been just to lazy to follow up later and so my Goal for April will be to update my categories for each and every Domain name listed at Sedo.

It looks like a big task as I have about 250 names listed (View my List Here)

Does anyone else have a goal to set for April?

My goals are:

1) Either develop or sell the sites in my sig.
2) Get ready to move house. (#2 kinda screws up #1 but anyway...)
3) Sell the house......doubtful when it's not for sale yet lol
4) Play some more online poker
5) Get back in touch with my American friend. I miss her lots

That's it. I'll be busy with those 5 right thru' April.

So much to do, so little time.

*takes deep breath in*

1. Complete development of site on WhatsMyName.com. I'm paying someone else to, but once they're done around April 19-20 or so, then the work REALLY comes. Have been waiting to get this site up for nearly a year.

2. Make at least $1000 in parked/ad/poker affiliate revenue for the month on my domains and the couple websites I bought. March ended with a bang parked revenue-wise in the last couple weeks so that shouldn't be too tough.

3. Make at least $2000 in domain sales for the month...so far I've done that in the last 2 months, so simply trying to continue the trend.

4. Learn some more web development so that I can start developing some of my better names into at least little sites to make them easier to sell. I've got too many names that I like too much not making squat and not selling, and I simply hate seeing that!

5. Start development in my next big project, which I'm currently getting the name for. I'm paying way too much for the name (about $4k) to not be an end-user for it! Can't wait too...it will hopefully benefit the domain world the way I'm envisioning.

6. Possibly buy a condo. No easy task in San Diego, but I've now heard of a couple areas I would move to where they're selling for $250k, and I MIGHT be able to get a loan for that much on the total income I make. I may still be young (almost 24), but if you lived with my mother, you'd want to get the heck out too, and I don't believe in "renting" anything.

7. Have a happy birthday on the 19th.

8. Let Traffic School take 8 hours of my life sometime in April...have to go thanks to stupid CHiPs who have nothing better to do than stop someone going from San Diego to LA driving safely (albeit at 80 MPH).

9. Do my Taxes. :yell:

10. Survive another month of my psycho employee that upper management in my company still can't figure out how to fire. I'm about to go insane!

I am going to stay away from purchasing domains for a month. I have been so busy buying and researching domains, my other businesses are suffering.

...if I can that is.

AAAAACK, I suck... Didn't even make it 8 hours in to the month.

Found a typo that I JUST HAAAAAAD to reg as all similiar ones for this same HIGH OVT word had just been reg'd in the last week and I couldn't take the chance it would be gone in 30 days.

i think its a disease. Name Snapping Disorder (NSD)

many people have this highly contagious disease.
