But where did you reg this IDN.tv? www.tv does not accept any new IDN .tv for now.

I think 影视.tv has much appeal to a chinese market, but it would take some active marketing to sell it. Special charector domain names are available at www.tv. They also offer the ability to register domains like $ex.tv, fútbol.tv, etc. Time will tell if these domains will catch on.
