.mobi My first Mobi site

Hi folks, I was having a play today and had a try at building a mobi site with the godaddy site builder.

whew. was it slow.

There must be better ways to do this that .
the site is just a personal site about myself, my family and my hobbies.
No one will want to read this, but i ahd fun building the site.

I have a blackberry and the site looks great in the blackberry, but i was wondering if someone with a mobile with a smaller screen could check the site for me.

On the preview thing - the menu looked out of place & I could not work out how it change this.

Maybe I just should have the logo and menu on the front page as well, instead of having to scroll down so far to read the text.

I used PSPad editor and a page template kindly posted by kerrijo below

I have made a VERY simple .mobi template for any of you to use:

Use "View Source" in your browser to see the html, open in Notepad, save as index.html in your chosen file folder, right click and save the logo.jpg if you want to use it also.

Thanks for your info. I did not know about the .mobi mobile emulator! Great GoDaddy have a preview of your pages and i was checking on that.

That's totally cool!! In about 2 minutes, I was able to publish a fairly decent design straight to my site via FTP (for free too). They didn't even make me confirm my email address. Thanks for the post.
