I took the advantage of their special for transferring 2 .net to Registerfly. On 28 of April, I received the email and aproved the transfer for both domains, but until now, I still can't find my domains on my control panel even though they have been transferred to registerfly (I whois both domains).
Their support is extremely terrible among other big registrars.I have been constantly dealing with them about duplicated charges and transferring errors. their replies take much much longer than what they say in 'terms and conditions'.
I submitted my tickets and asked why I can't find my domains on the control panel, even domains are not appeared on 'Manage Domains' and 'Transfer Status'. After long wating, guess what they replied, they said your sites went down were because of the DNS problem. W T F !!! I dont even have sites on both domains, how the hell they came up this amazing answer!
Obviously, the support never read my question, then i resubmitted the ticket again, and still waiting, waiting and waiting!
