My domain

Hey guys i own a domain named Tsoh.info its registerd at http://domains0.creativeon.com

I am hosted by a reseller of www.rootwebhost.com and i used thier ip's the 2 for ns1.tsoh.info and ns2.tsoh.info i set up the child name servers and the name servers it self and did all right but wehn i get to go to my page i get this error

My domains provider i dont know he dosnt want to help me his service sucks i guess but i cant leave that domain now

You can 'push' to other directi reseller easily. Inside (More Services) there the option there.

I just wonder will the new reseller help you up with your problem as they are not earning anything from you

Heh.. its directi. THere service is so buggy its not even funny.. I just stick with namecheap for now on.

they should help you to resolve this problem. If they don't help why stay with them?

Have a look at your nameserver records, Do you have:
ns1.creativeon.com
ns2.creativeon.com
ns3.creativeon.com
ns4.creativeon.com
in there as well as:
ns1.rootwebhost.com
ns2.rootwebhost.com

If the creativeon.com records are still there you need to delete them

Also rootwebhost.com appears to be parked at NameDrive.com. Looks like you may have more than one problem.
