Wow, great news about the re release of .mx domains. I think this has huge potential considering the population in mexico is 100 mil. Those who already have a .com.mx or .org.mx domain can pre register teh same domain in .mx extension. Luckily I registered a few months back these domains, please tell me the best in order please:

see.com.mx
ear.com.mx
war.com.mx
won.com.mx
cuentas.com.mx (accounts in spanish)

Worked to reduce .mx renewal by $13. Also worked on other cctlds.

She no work anymore!!!!

Had to bite the bullet and fork out 50 smackeroos for ego.mx

Just thought i would revive this thread by saying that my ego.mx is my highest paying sedo parked name. It's still paying me peanuts (like most on sedo) but shows that perhaps mx is a good candidate for a little income.

They should decide to lower the regfee. I have only one .mx - Jazz.mx - I bought during a promotion at Name.com (around $19) and I'm not planning to get more.

I hand regged a few generic com.mx, .mx. I'm happy with the results most receive very good type in traffic. Also interesting I own a few with both extension com.mx and .mx, my com.mx appears to be seeing most of the traffic, Not sure if users are aware of the .mx ext. The registry really needs to reduce registration and renewal fees soon if they want to get things going. Especially if they want their own citizens to endorse .mx.

If India can offer reasonable domain prices, so can Mexico!

I agree this should of taken off a longtime many people letting gems drop due to renewal fees, Not sure who is managing the prices with the registry .com.mx, .mx it's pretty terrible at the moment.
