I know the keyword is tiptop but what do you think about the extension? is this a saleable? and if so what would be a fair price range?

Yeah, the extension is a bit off for the keywords.

MutualFunds.com currently has a bid of $800K at Heritage Auction with lots of time to go.

With that said, maybe $xxx - mid xxxx. With top-notch keywords like these, it's really unpredictable.

I've decided to go for it after I've seen that two months ago SameDayLoans.org.uk was sold for $19,250. So who knows :D

If SameDayLoans.org.uk went for that much, you could probably get more for yours. Just gotta find the right end-user. Sometimes you have to get lucky.
