The above quote from their Terms is a bit confusing in its wording as when SH accepts a domain it's actually termed as 'pre-approved' in official communications, and not "approved". The approval is done by the seller when approving the approved commission rate on the 'pre-approved' name.If your listing is approved, you would need to point your domains to the Squadhelp Name Servers (i.e. these domains will be listed exclusively on SH)
