I just don't have time to deal with a auction so I am asking for a bin of $35 for this site.

It has a pr of 1 and traffic is pretty non existent right now as far as I know. I started doing a little work but never had the time to finish. It could be decent for someone that wants to put the time into it.

It comes with everything you see and there is also a php forum installed.

This sale includes either 1 month of free hosting or I will move the site to your server for you. One or the other.

I obtained this site about 3 or 4 months ago I believe and it was a PR3 and even a 4 at one point. Unfortunatly I was using the server as a test server so I had the domain pointed elsewhere which totally ruined the traffic and pr.

If the site was fixed up it could easily get back up to a pr 4.

I forgot to mention that one of the reasons I am selling Team-Shock for $35 is because the domain doesn't expire until 6/4/2008 ... When I renewed it I accidentially did 2 years instead of one.... The domain is at godaddy...

As an added bonus because I really want to get this site off my server if I can I will throw in some additional script and some ad sense sites...

So for $35 you are getting the domain, the site which includes a decent header and a phpbb installation, 1 month free hosting or I will move the site to a server of your choice plus some additonal script.... I think it's a decent deal so I hope someone takes this off my back for $35....


As for www.dvdsandtapes.com you are getting a turnkey store built to your specs for $40. I did have this store running and it actually was making a sale here and there but my plans of totally redoing it never got started so I ended up just foprwarding it to another store I own. It did have a decent pr and decent traffic. I am sure with a little promotion it could make you your money back in no time....

I have lowered the price on the clan site to $25. I just want to get rid of it. This site doesn't have to be a clan site. You could make it what ever you want really...
