I like it because the term "Keep it on the down-low" which has been shortened recently to "Keep it on the DL" is very popular and thus easily identifiable. It could be called "Music Down-Low" or your slogan could be "Music on the DL" or "Keep it on the DL".

Develop a site to go with the name and I think you may have some real value here. BTW, Google results for "on the DL" are about 1,630,000

Sure it could mean "Music Download"... what I was trying to say is because the term "DL" is so popular, that makes this a very brandable domain.

Wow. Frankly I am surprised that this domain was unregistered. DL is widely known to represent download, and everyone knows the music industry and music downloading is EXTREMELY popular. If you develop a site, you might run into problems with the music industry, but then again you will probably make huge profits.

Un developed, this domain's worth about low-mid $xxx. Goodluck.
