earns around $5 per text link per month plus adsens comes to around $15 a month revenue although im sure someone more business minded could easily get that higher

well i think that covers everything any questions and i can answer them but if any one could give me a evaluation i may end up putting it up for sale,

If your revenue from this site is $20 per month, then tentative value of this site as of now should be $20*12*3 = $720.

Certainly High $xxx maybe low $xxxx as studioworks said, depends on somebodies interest in that topic as it is a very limited genre.

Jun 2005 - 358 / 30 = 11 uniques a day? That is not good at all. + revenue is very low. I wouldn't pay more than mid / high $xx.

i understand its about 11 uniques a day but its increasing from around 7-8 uniques a day in january

and i think if i had more of a business head or more experience i could quite get the income up and probably advertise it a little better

Well unfortunatly I have to say on the lower end of that scale. I would say about 200$
