Multiple copy and paste?

Is there a program I could use that I can copy and paste more than one thing at a time? I report for a lot of sites, and I want to be able to paste the Subject, Post, and the Plug all at one time, and instead I have to do it one by one. It makes a big difference in getting the story up first on some of the wrestling sites.

Any ideas?

I've tried a bunch of programs like that one, but they all are hard to use and I've ended up dumping them.
