Moving x-cart db to zen-cart.. how much trouble is it?

i have a client that uses x-cart software on his online store. the features they want to have are either very expensive existing x-cart addons or not even exist for x-cart. so i am thinking to move their shop to zen-cart, that pretty much have every kind of addons to install if needed. i have never done that kind of converting before, so just would take any advice from someone that already did it. whats the best way to do this? thanks.

i believe you're better off posting this on x-cart or zen carts forum, someone will sure help you there
