.uk Motels.co.uk selling on Sedo for over £4,000!

Just noticed that Motels.co.uk is selling on Sedo for current bid £4,400 GBP.

This is quite a decent sale for a .co.uk. We dont really have Motels here in the UK... we have lots of Hotels and Inns.

That's what I thought. I am wondering if this could be some uninformed purchase from an 'investor'. Likewise they don't use expressions like real estate in the UK.

It ended up selling for £4,440 GBP. If it was Hotels.co.uk then would make sense to me, but I'd say that's worth more than that tbh. It's owned by Hotels.com. I still don't think that Motels.co.uk makes much sense in the UK market, 'Inns' makes more sense really.
